  Can I Return an Order?  
 

If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your purchase after you receive it, you must contact us within three days after delivery and may return it to us for a full refund of the  purchase price. If you received the wrong item, or if it was damaged, or if the merchandise was not everything that we claimed it would be, then we will also pay the return shipping. See the procedures below for these cases. However, if there is nothing wrong with the order, but you just do not like it and want to return it for a refund or an exchange, you will be responsible for returning the item(s) to us at your expense, fully insured and in new, resalable condition, with all paperwork, documentation, accessories and the original packaging. When we receive the item(s) back in this condition, we will gladly refund to you the full price of the merchandise.

  What if my Order is Incomplete or Inaccurate?  
 

Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it and let us know immediately if we inadvertently left something out or accidentally shipped the wrong item. This rarely happens, but mistakes can be made, so let us know within three days if there was a problem. Once we have been notified, we will immediately take action to correct correct any mistakes that were made.

  What if the Merchandise is Damaged?  
 

If you receive a package that is obviously damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately that you refused the package due to damages. If you find that your order has been damaged after you unpack it, you will need to notify us within three (3) days of receipt of the order to place a claim. All boxes, packaging materials, and products must remain intact and undisturbed in order to process a claim. The shipping carrier will need to inspect the damaged order, so keep it all together for them. Processing damage claims is different for different carriers and localities around the world. Once we receive notification from you about the problem, we will let you know how to proceed for your particular order. In any case, you will not be responsible to pay any additional charges for replacing damaged merchandise, unless you chose not to pay for the insurance, or in the case where insurance was not available for shipments to your part of the world. In these cases, you will be made fully aware of the risks involved, prior to us shipping anything to you.
